MOst (Hons)
Hi, I’m Gabriel, Founder of Penylan Osteopathy. I graduated from Swansea University in 2020 with a First Class Honours Degree in Osteopathy (M.Ost) and have since been working as an associate osteopath across South Wales, alongside building my own practice in Cardiff.
Throughout my time as a fully qualified Osteopath, I have enjoyed treating a wide variety of patients and conditions. I treat patients from 8 years and up and have a special interest in treating sciatic pain and plantar fasciitis as well as neck and lower back pain.
I use a structural treatment approach with most of my patients, utilising a wide range of techniques such as joint manipulation, joint mobilisation and soft tissue techniques to help reduce overall pain and restore mobility. I endeavour to provide tailored treatment and post treatment exercises/ advice that are specific to your individual needs and circumstances.
I place a lot of emphasis on educating my patients. I find that the best results are achieved when the patient understands what is causing their pain, what they can do to help themselves and what we can implement to help prevent these problems arising in the future.
